Billy did me a solid. I hired him for a garage conversion to living space back in 2018. I dragged my feet for a while to complete the finish work, but finally got around to my powder bathroom and found out that the in-wall faucet assembly was backwards. Contacted Billy, he was responsive and got it fixed (at no cost) within a week after 5 years of being done with the job. Someone that definitely stands behind his work and company.

We own different rental properties and have hired a lot of different plumbers. This company was by far the best experience we have had so far. First, they helped us right on time when we needed it. Second, they handled Xcel, and they were very responsive and communicative with us all the time. Third, the job was perfectly done. I have been using Drainline for the past 3 years to do some major cleaning of my sewer line which was full of tree roots. I have Drainline come out once a year for tree root removal maintenance and they are fantastic! Family owned business and I will continue to use them in my future.
