My daughter, Rebecca Carney, received a call from Teresa at Copperhead Dental Care in Parker. Becky is in serious dental pain and was searching for help. She missed this call but was left a voice mail which I also heard. When Becky called back, she was told there was no Teresa that worked there. She was on a speaker of some kind and everyone in the front office was laughing like crazy. Becky's pain is not funny! What kind of office and customer service is that? A simple procedure turned into a nightmare. I have not been able to eat or open my mouth for a week. Hoping I can get fixed by someone else. I would rate them a zero as well. Terrible. Worst dental experience of my life.

Horrible bed side manor. My mouth was open for 4 hours with nothing on my lips to prevent to prevent cracks. They had students working on my mouth. Installing a crown creaked the temp had to remove Reglue. Glue everywhere. Now having to have root canal after 2 months of pain.
