I highly recommend 5280 for doing an excellent (7 star) job installing the latest model Rheem IKONIC ultra high efficiency tankless water heater, which, by the way is made in the USA! Joe and Dave arrived at my home early in the morning to make sure the installation would be completed before supper. My installation was a bit challenging because my house is almost 50 years old. This means it wasn't designed for the necessary venting required. The men skillfully installed the venting and made all necessary gas, electric and water connections with ease. It’s never convenient or easy when your HVAC system fails and as a consumer- options for service providers seem endless and overwhelming. With that being said, I found 5280 on a recommendation via Nextdoor and after speaking toRyan, agreed to give him a shot. I was not disappointed. Everyone I dealt with was great to work with. They took the time to understand my needs and educate me on my options. In the end, I’ve had my system now for the past 3 weeks and the temperature in my home has never been more consistent. Did I mention, they saved me thousands compared to some other, more established providers. Needless to say, I highly recommend. Thank you 5280.

Very pleased with my experience with 5280 Heating and Air! My water heater was giving out and Ryan scheduled a timely appointment despite it being the holiday season. After determining I’d need to replace my water heater Ryan took the time to walk me through my options and answer any questions I had. Ryan was then able to get a crew out the same day to replace my water heater. Finally Scotty and David were friendly, communicative, quick, and clean in their work to replace and haul off my old water heater. A great experience overall!
