360 Healing + Strength is fantastic! What a great business model , Katie has. In the past I have gone to have a massages due to lots of back pain. After I left I left the massages I felt better but nothing was improved in my back. Katie is helping me strengthen my muscle structure with core exercises and massage, so I won’t have so many back issues.
