I wouldn't suggest this place to/for anyone, owners are extremely disrespectful, no compassion for customers. owners also used volger language at me on the phone. No customers service, or respect of any kind.

I just had to leave some feedback so that no on has to experience what I did at Kut & Klip. Several things went wrong and I have never been more disappointed with a hair service before in my life. I went in and asked for an all over color with a hint of purple (to cancel out a lot of really warm orange tones I had). All was going fine until my stylist (I cannot remember her name but she used to be an underwater welder) began applying the color. Things that went wrong: 1. My stylist applied color with a brush to a strip of my hair. Then she proceeded to RUB HER HANDS TOGETHER with my hair between them, as if her hands were cold on a snowy day. My hair became a tangled and snarled MESS. She then mashed that section of hair into a knotted wad, and stuck it to my head. I was in such shock that I wasn't able to bring myself to ask her WHAT ON EARTH SHE WAS DOING TO MY POOR HAIR. 2. After she had finished ratting and abusing my entire head of hair, it was time to process. Then as she washed my hair, I could feel water seeping down my neck and back. Later when I got home, there was dye all on the collar of my t-shirt and down the back. Completely ruining it. She then proceeded to cut, dry, and style my hair. When I say style I mean that she ran a flat iron over the ends of my hair to give them a little "flip." I will say the cut was pretty good, which is why I give the place one star. Then I go up to pay. 3. I am expecting it to be around $70 for the cut and color. It was nearly $100. They tacked on extra because my hair was considered "long," which I did not expect but whatever. But the thing that really pissed me off is she charged me like $10-15 to STYLE my hair. I told her that I didn't ask her to style it, I really wished she had mentioned the charge because if I had known it was going to be that much I wouldn't have let her "style" my hair. Remember, style means flipping a few end pieces with a straight iron. She said sorry, she just started doing it and didn't remember to tell me. And that if she had just blow-dried my hair it wouldn't have been extra, but the flat ironing was $10-15. She just shrugged her shoulders like, "Oh well." I was fuming. 4. The painful experienced from Kut & Klip continued MONTHS after I walked out of that establishment. My hair bled purple (it wasn't a hint of purple by the way. My hair was PURPLE) for the last three months. I couldn't use any of my towels or put on any clothing until my hair was completely dry. For THREE MONTHS my hair bled color. I've never had this happen before. 5. I called Kut & Klip to inform them that my shirt had been ruined during my hair washing, and asked if they had ever had this problem or did anything about it. I never got a call back. In conclusion, DO NOT GO TO KUT & KLIP!!!!!!
