I cannot say enough great things about Unique Heating and AC. Spencer was my hero! He saw a problem and came to me to fix it. How many people go out of their way to do that? Spencer worked diligently to fix my AC in 102 degrees! He made sure that the right fix happened, not the "hurry up and get out". Spencer had the perspective that a homeowner would have. "This is a new home and things (AC) should be working." The amazing customer service went as far as dealing with our builder, that took no responsibility. Thank you Unique! Called late afternoon on a Sunday and was able to speak to someone and get someone out on Monday. Tech came out, was professional, to the point, and knowledgeable. Gave me an estimate for the parts and labor and actually came in a couple dollars under the estimate. Overall experience was great, would consider them for any other HVAC needs.
Lorenzo deserves a huge shoutout! Our AC went out, and Lorenzo went above and beyond to get it replaced ! I truly believe he saved my dogs life from overheating! I would definitely recommend Unique heating, and air!!!
