Woke up this morning to no heat in my house. Called unique and Lorenzo came out within minutes of calling. Lorenzo was incredibly helpful and patient, explaining what needed to be replaced and even walked me through registering my furnace and A/C for their warranties. I’m pregnant with my first child, alone while my husband was at work and was really overwhelmed by the situation. Lorenzo made the situation so much easier to handle and got our home warm again! Thank you so much!!

Had a steam humidifier installed. We initially had an issue with it running constantly but they came back out after receiving our issue and got it under control without hesitation. Love this humidifier!

Our furnace went out on a Saturday morning, the same day as our wedding anniversary. Coincidentally we had a different HVAC company at our house the day before to maintenance the furnace. They didn’t tell us anything new. Our furnace was old (38 years old) and we were trying to get 1 more winter out of it. The maintenance guy said that it would probably be $9-$11K to replace and get everything up to code. He left and the furnace was working throughout the remainder of the day and night as far as we could tell. Then on Saturday morning the house was cold and when I turned up the temperature on the thermostat the burner did not come on like it had just the day before....read full review
