I called and they came the very next morning to look at my AC unit. Rob was so great. He was prompt, friendly and explained everything very clearly. He replaced a part in our unit and saved us thousands, as another company told us we’d need to replace the entire unit! Grateful for Rob and extra grateful to have AC! Thank you NG Heating!
Last year we had an AC installed by a different company and have had several issues. Recently our AC started freezing so we called Northglenn heating and AC. Ron came out and was able to diagnose the issue fairly quickly, he was extremely knowledgeable and was able to let us know where the original installer made mistakes. He got the part replaced very quickly and was extremely nice and informative. They are always so quick to respond and both times we’ve called Northglenn heating and AC, they have sent someone same day. Such a good company with knowledgeable techs. We wish we would have hired them from the beginning.
They fixed my boiler efficiently and for a good price. The technician, Art, was very nice. Highly recommend. Edit: We had a different company fix our hot water heater, and they mentioned our boiler pressure was high and freaked me out, so we called Northglenn; they immediately sent someone out to check it for us. Aaron was super nice and personable, fixed the issue, and took the time to explain to me how the whole system worked (so that other companies would not be able to freak me out- information is power). I cannot recommend this company enough. They have good prices and even better people.
