Lady who answered the phone did not know the crossing streets of her location and had an attitude and hung up on me! Worst service ever!! Hire people who aren’t rude and stupid!!!

I called them to ask them about their hours of operation the lady answerd and said hello she only said no appointments. I said i am sorry I don't understand then she hung up on me. I thought it was a very poor way to run a buisness.

Will never go back to Nenas! I went here on a recommendation from a family member. Instead of telling me she couldn't do a simple A-line haircut she chopped so much of my hair off that I looked like Dora the freaking explorer. Very displeased. I ended up going to another salon in which I was told she cut my hair wrong so I had to take more off in order for it to grow properly. Do not trust this place!
