All the stylists in the salon booth rent with each stylist essentially running their own business/clientele so someone's experience could be different from one stylist to another. Although I will say that the shop is clean and the owner Dorothy cares very much about the salon and each customer's experience. The stylist I use within the salon is Heidi who has been in the industry for 25 years and is such a hidden gem. She does cuts, colors, highlights, perms, balayage, weddings/prom hairstyles, etc. I've never experienced a stylist who goes more out of her way to make her clients happy and who truly cares about the client in her chair. Plus I haven't come across another stylist that is as fair priced as she is. She really doesn't charge enough for the level of service she provides. I wouldn't go to anyone else.

Got a trim. Nice. Basic. Only complaint. Is she didn't use any product. My hair was so dry and frizzy even that night... never had someone beat style my hair and not use product??

This place is so cool! Everyone is so friendly and my haircut was perfect. I've been here once, but my boyfriend and his family go here frequently and have nothing but praise for this place.
