Rock and Theresa saved the day today! In the sweltering 102 degree heat, they came out for an emergency call on a Sunday, and had my unit repaired in 10 minutes. Cost was reasonable and the service was impeccable. Thank you!
Our heating system failed just a couple of nights ago. I called Theresa right away. She and her husband Rock had done some work for us a few years ago and did a great job. I told her the situation and she knew exactly what the issues were. For safety reasons, she told me to shut down the furnace, and that her husband Rock would come over the next day to further assess the situation. Turns out they had to install a new furnace. They gave me the best deal possible. Everything works well now. Theresa and Rock are fair and honest people. They are my first choice for HVAC repairs and services. Thanks Rock and Theresa!
If i could give 10 stars i would! Our furnace died on a cold Saturday night. I called at 7:30 at night and got an answer from Theresa. She did some diagnosis over the phone with me and it was an intermittent problem so thankfully we got it running again and we didnt freeze all night! They came by the next morning and found and fixed the issue very quickly and were very affordable. I had some other unrelated issues with the thermostat and water leaking from the humidifier which i was able to call and she helped me again over the phone. So refreshing to speak to someone so knowledgable, personable and helpful. Very grateful and i will use these folks every time. Highly recommended!
