I got a massage from Sarah. She is fantastic at what she does! I feel like she really senses your energy and talks just the right amount. She checked in with me every so often, which I appreciate. Her touch was great - never painful, but she definitely worked out some really tights areas where I needed it. I also tried the lavender foot scrub, which I had her do on my hands instead of my feet (I JUST had acquired some really horrible blisters from a dance class). It was really nice and smelled heavenly. I think I'll purchase the scrub when I go back if possible! Looking forward to my next massage!

Denise is the only person I trust for facials. Spending an hour or so with her is absolute heaven. She always has the latest technology and products, but more importantly she is so good! My skin always feels fresh and new after I visit her and feel so relaxed. Next I'll have to try the other services!

Sarah performed magic! My calves and ankles were swollen and so uncomfortable for weeks after having undergoing abdominal surgery. Nothing I did and nothing my surgeon suggested helped ~ BUT ~ then there was Sarah with Nourish & Co. After 2 sessions combining lymphatic and deep tissue massage there was tremendous change, relief and a return to "normal". Thank you Sarah for the medically rejuvenating massage!!!
