UPDATE - I received a call from Amy, the COO. She explained that this is very out of character for Amavi, but that they are also now looking at a few changes to help avoid this in the future. I'm appreciative and will be returning to see a different provider. Hopeful I get the good experience most of these reviews indicate.Not a good experience. Late for appointments; never got extensive medical report requested and sent; no preparation for appointment; wanted to discuss a medication I’ve been on for years from my neurologist. We went through this extensively at intake 3 weeks ago.
Elliot took great care with my loved one and did an excellent job at evaluating them and and really understanding who they are which helped us understand how best to support them. She has a wonderful caring and gentle nature that my loved one responded well to.
It was a wonderful experience. I feel like this will be an excellent fit. I saw Monique. She asked important questions that I felt helped her to get to know and understand me. She really listened and asked for feedback to make sure she understood what I was saying. It was a safe and peaceful environment. She's extremely approachable. Also, I was made to feel welcome from the moment I walked in the door.
