They worked with our insurance company to get all the damage fixed and paid for. The job site was cleaned up afterwards which was important to us. Owner was available before, during and after to verify our satisfaction. We highly recommend this company for your roofing job.“

“Used this company to replace the old-school 1986-installed, dome skylights in our living room and above the stairwell. (we could feel the wind blow in the winter, and the living room felt like a sauna in the summer). We were impressed with how fast someone was able to come out to give us an estimate-and he was honest and thorough in explaining our options and different-priced options. (He also didn't try to upsell us! Zero pressure!) We had gotten a few other estimates, and this one was much better priced, (one skylight was "custom fit" but they seemed to have more options for how to do it). The installers were fast, efficient, and cleaned up everything afterwards. We didn't have any issues or questions, but the office team was great about checking in throughout the process as well. We already have a VERY noticeable difference in the temperature in the main level of our house, and are looking forward to it showing up in our a/c and heating bills.“

“Very happy with my job. I had many items that needed addressing in my townhome in Vail. The roof had leaked so the wall had to be investigated and fixed down to the first floor. The entire inside needed fresh paint. Several plumbing issues that required deep drives into the crawl space. A new deck railing to match the neighbors, including hand railings. I'm quite sure I could never have had all of this work done by local workers in just 3 days, and in my budget. Again, very happy with Martin and his crew. Will definitely hire again.“

“We had our windows replaced and I'd highly recommend! Their prices are so much lower than the national companies that spend a ton on advertising and fliers! They allowed us to install half the windows, but priced out for all the windows and Locke sin the price for a year. There was a slight l miscommunication about whether or not we would get the prices that were quoted if we ordered within a year of the first purchase, or whether they quoted that we'd pick in the discounts. Ultimately they offered us what they quoted (just ensure you have a clear understanding.) The installer is great, efficient, friendly, on time and clean. The windows are great so far. We notice a huge difference in the upstairs bedrooms that previously would be much colder than the rest of the house. It has also reduced the noise. I'd recommend getting a quote!“

“Got our siding and trim fully replaced in October of 2022 but just posting a review now.To make a very long story short, the construction crew did a mostly good job with the siding but left a few things like flashing at the butt joints to be desired.However, upon finding out about this and reaching out to Adrian, he showed the utmost professional nature and remedied the situation at no additional cost. “I have in the past left a review about the company. I requested a refund of my down-payment for a job that was never started due to a fire breaking out in the community. I now have seen a invoice for the material cost for the project and it seems that since the company only uses the highest quality of material the cost is as high as my 50'% down payment. So it was not his lack of integrity but the monetary investment that stopped him from returning the refund. The down-payment was in the amount of $4.500.00 dollars. I did see on his invoice a charge of $300.00 for a 12×12 stainless steel wall insert. I'm sure it would have been a high grade stainless steel since Jonathan Nick Fawkes informed me that they only buy from contractor supply company's and would never buy from Home Depot or Lowes , since the quality from these outlets is not high enough. So I just wanted to clarify my previous review. If need a company that uses only exceptional material this is it.“
