Ryan did some structural work under my deck in Colorado Springs. He had the know-how, equipment and motivation to get this challenging job done. He got a week's worth of work done in 2 days. During a snowstorm. If he says he will get it done, he will. Very likeable guy. His son is working with him now, I've heard. I always like family businesses. In a family business the younger ones learn character as well as skills. More gets built than just your room addition.

Ryan Witt, his son Charlie, and Mark Haptuli did a fabulous job in replacing my deck with a new 50% larger TREX deck. No building effort is beyond their capability and expertise. When they encountered an unexpected cement patio slab, they removed it using the latest concrete removal equipment. When they encountered a landscape grade that was too high, they used earth-moving equipment to prepare the grade for the deck (and we're talking about carpenters here!). When they encountered rotted wood and structural damage under the old deck, they repaired the damage and prepared the deck for my new siding ...and most of all, the deck turned out great.
