180 Accounting provides the bookkeeping the nonprofit organization of which I am the executive director. They are a pleasure to work with - porofessional and efficient. We spent more than $15.000 with 180 over the last year to get our business books straight. When we went to file our personal taxes we found that they had made a mistake and counted a large equipment purchase as a personal payout, which meant I personally owed taxes. To correct their mistake, we have to refile our business taxes which costs $250. 180 is refusing to pay to clean up the mistake that they made. We are all human and mistakes happen, but good businesses always make sure their mistakes do not impact their customers. I would highly recommend looking for someone else who is willing to back up their work.

As a local business owner, I highly recommend going elsewhere. After 5 months and $25,000 dollars I have exactly zero usable data. Every task given is done poorly and usually incorrectly. We are then charged for notifying them of the errors and again charged to redo the mistakes made. Save yourself a few grand and keep looking.
