We called Snipps for a Second opinion. We were told by another company we needed a new ac unit and furnace. Snipps came out said you just need a motor for your furnace and a part for ac. One week from when they initially came out both are working perfect. Thank you

My furnace went out on a Thursday evening. I called all around town first thing Friday morning. Every other heating place couldn't get to me until later the following week. Snipps was the last call I made at about 9 am. I was put on their list for that day. I got a call from Cody right before noon. He came over and withing one hour I was back in business and toasty warm. He was super nice and did a great job! Definitely recommend Snipps!!!

The staff at Snipps are first class! Our furnace broke down and they had a technician out to check it the very next day. Unfortunately, the furnace was at the end of it's life and needed replaced. They offered to leave space heaters while they researched replacement options. Within two days of signing the quote they had our new furnace installed! Within the first week I had a technical question about how the fan speed was set from the factory (too high) and they had a technician out the same day I called to change the settings.
