Snipps stands behind their work. They did an excellent AC/heater install in my 20 year old home, when a minor issue arose (not due to the installation) they came out the same day I called them and worked under an umbrella in heavy rain to install a part on my compressor. They are always very friendly and professional too. Good work!
We are completely satisfied with Snipps Heating and Air Conditioning! From initial install to two routine service calls to check operation, Snipps has the know-how (Jim is great!), shows the utmost professionalism and respect, and shows up ON TIME! We're lucky to have a York (HVAC) -- NO complaints with the equipment whatsoever -- but a really good and highly knowledgeable serviceman is still needed to make certain even a York runs well. Great service. Quick friendly. I had to have a motor replaced on my furnace. It would have take time to order one in but luckily I had ordered one prior to calling them. So the technician was able to replace it and be done in about 40 minutes. The technician Jim was friendly and offered help with advice and maintenance tips. Was very pleased with the service.
