Person was supposed to show up today (Monday) between 9-11 AM, and never showed, no phone call. I called the office, was told they were at an emergency in Ridgway, but maybe they could still come by this afternoon (I already had another appt. at vet this afternoon). I asked why no one called to notify me? Woman on other end did not know. She offered for person to come by on Wednesday (when I am at work). No thanks. Ever.
First off the repairman plumber Byron was very friendly and professional so I have no problem with him at all, he gets a 5 star rating. Now here's where I have a problem with the business. The drain auger he used was old and had holes in the cable drum which, when put into reverse, slung sewer water onto my bathroom fixtures and walls as the cable was retracting into it. I literally stood on one side of the drum with one of my own towels trying to prevent as much splatter as I could on my new bathroom, the plumber was using one of his towels trying to wipe the cable as it came back up, and dirty water was still getting on me and other things. Dangerous driver on the interstate disobeying traffic laws and then blows his horn at people trying to going around him. Tried to call the office to give them the info/video and they didn’t care. I would say maybe they were in a hurry but they weren’t speeding. Maybe hire people with driving competence instead putting all of us at risk.
