My daughter had purchased a good used car, but with a significant problem. A previous owner had been a heavy smoker, and we were unable to get the smell out. Less said he could take care of the problem and in the timeframe we had. He not only got most of the smell out but left my daughter feeling like she has a brand new car! Les was incredibly professional. He came out and provided a free estimate on the spot! Even though we had a change of circumstances, he was so courteous and so professional, we will definitely keep him in mind for future reference!
