Ken and all the staff at this store are truly amazing. They went out of their way to find a replacement remote for my Aunts chair even thought he chair was not purchased from their store. Due to the amazing customer service we are considering further purchases. Customer service of this level is so rare these days and therefore, all future furniture purchases my family makes will be from this store.
