Staff up front were attentive and helpful. The nurse and PA were very good. The PA listened to me and made an evaluation based on what I shared with her. She did not assume anything. Wrote me a prescription to treat the condition and was 100% correct in her diagnosis.
I am not from the area and was in a bind and needed care quickly due to a wound. The team was fantastic - friendly, thorough, caring, informative, and provided great service and care. Upon returning home, I did a follow up with my primary provider and the healing is well underway. Thank you Cedar Point Team!
I arrived near the end of their workday. Each person was wonderful, very thoughtful and professional. Doctor made suggestion for more reliable pharmacy and the need to get to pharmacy before they closed in the next 20 minutes in order to get relief as soon as possible.
