We were having problems with our AO Smith tankless water heater. Parts were under warranty, but the service company charged so much last time it was repaired I decided it would be best to buy a new one.I teach Construction Management at UVU. We done site visits at Peterson Plumbing Supply in the past. In the process, I got to know Ben Johnson as a person who is very knowledgable and that I knew would give me good advice.Ben said it would be best if he could come out and look at my space and gas line constraints and recommend the best tankless heater for my needs.
