I had to get my sight checked for a drivers license renewal. This was an extremely thorough exam. I have eye care though VSP and the copay was only $10. Dr. Van also made sure I got my free sunglasses through that benefit! Even though I don't need correction, I do appreciate the sunglasses...these are the nicest sunglasses I have ever owned

What a exceptional business. Everyone in there is friendly, helpful and takes their time with you. Steve helped me get my new glasses ordered and was able to custom make new lenses for my favorite glasses that had a broken lens. I cannot recommend them enough!

I'm 63 and have had glasses since I was three. It's been so difficult over the years to find a competent eye doctor. Wish I'd have found Van's Eyecare sooner. Dr. Amerongen is fantastic. I have a lot of anxiety when I get my eyes checked and he helped me through it. Very patient - not in a hurry. I always say I'd rather have a root canal! :). Steve was excellent at helping me pick out the frames and the lens options for high astigmatism. Anna is great too. They know their stuff!! Very patient as well. Did not hurry me. My prescription is excellent. I'm am so happy I went there.
