We originally met the Tri-City folks when we needed maintenance/repairs to our mountain home heating system. We were pleased with Tri-City's responsiveness and expertise (Melvin). Then, we recently purchased a new Carrier high-efficiency furnace and a heat pump heating and cooling system from Tri-City for our primary residence. Darin, Melissa, and the other folks at Tri-City were easy to work with and very professional and competent in their product recommendations and installation of the system. My wife and I are very pleased with the system, especially the heat pump, and highly recommend Tri-City for HVAC products and work.
Tri-City Heating & Air Conditioning Inc. is without a doubt a AAA HVAC service company who operates with honesty and integrity. When my families heating system/furnace quit right before a big storm. The owner of Tri-City personally made sure that we were taken care of quickly, efficiently and surprisingly for much less than the cost of other estimates we received. The HVAC crew consisted of 5 clean cut respectable technicians who clearly knew how to do the job quickly and correctly. VERY IMPRESSED by the ownership, crew and company. If I ever need anything else I will not hesitate to call Tri-City Heating and Air Conditioning
My furnace was acting funny on a Thursday night before a cold front so I wanted to get it checked before the weekend. I was able to get an appointment the following day at a time that was convenient for me. Melvin called when he was on his way and arrived right on time! I've never had that happen with a repair company! Melvin quickly discovered that my furnace just needed a standard yearly maintenance. He performed the maintenance and did not try to sell me a whole new unit but did advise I should start budgeting since it's a 20 year old furnace.
I'm very happy with Tri City and they are now my go to! Highly recommended!
