I LOVE tendercare. My daughter was prescribed some late karma drinks to help her gain weight, they were prompt, polite, professional and went above and beyond. They included a little bear in the first order (which still follows her everywhere she goes lol) and they follow up before and after each delivery. They ask if her flavor preferences have changed and if everything went okay! To me, that’s exceptional customer service. Can’t recommend this company enough. Every single person I’ve met from here has been absolutely lovely, knowledgeable and kind.
I started here a little over a month ago, I’m caregiver to my son and this company goes above and beyond to help my family and I . They are full of resources and very knowledgeable . My son loves his monthly visits with Liz

They've been delivering my son's Pediasure for the last year. Communication and customer service has been amazing. His supply always arrives on time, and they even check with me before delivering to make sure he doesn't want different flavors.
