Caitlin was VERY responsive to all communication. She scheduled all work/people then followed through with communication. I knew exactly what to expect. If you need help with plans and products, she'll be great with that. If you know exactly what you want and communicate that to her, she'll be great with that as well. We are extremely happy with the job Tanner construction did on our basement. Caitlin, Scott and Matt were all really professional and organized. Scott does great framing work and left the job clean at the end of each day. I will be referring them to anyone I know that needs framing work done in the future.
