Long story short: if you're looking for a local professional to help with remodeling design, plans and execution--look no further. This young couple can do it all. Caitlin was VERY responsive to all communication. She scheduled all work/people then followed through with communication. I knew exactly what to expect. If you need help with plans and products, she'll be great with that. If you know exactly what you want and communicate that to her, she'll be great with that as well. This young couple can do it all. Caitlin was VERY responsive to all communication. She scheduled all work/people then followed through with communication. I knew exactly what to expect. If you need help with plans and products, she'll be great with that. If you know exactly what you want and communicate that to her, she'll be great with that as well. We've done two projects with this company, and we have one or two more we hope to accomplish with them. No job is too small, and I am quite sure they're up to pretty big tasks! (We did a bathroom remodel and are planning on a partial kitchen remodel). Oh! And there's absolutely no hidden cost surprises!

We are extremely happy with the job Tanner construction did on our basement. Caitlin, Scott and Matt were all really professional and organized. Scott does great framing work and left the job clean at the end of each day. I will be referring them to anyone I know that needs framing work done in the future.
