The team at skyline endoscopy is over the top professional friendly and helpful. Even when they've informed you three times and you ask them again, they are very pleasant to tell you when more time or two more times with a smile.The pre procedure process was excellent.The procedure environment extremely well staffed. Everyone was nice. Everyone was professional. Everything ran like you would hope all medical facilities would be.Doctor was informative. The printed out color report was perfect and appreciated.We are cash pay customers and we knew how much it was going to be before we got there.I highly recommend this organization.

Good communication about timing, processes, etc. Virtually no wait time, despite a very busy facility: checked in a few minutes early, into the pre-op room within about 10 minutes, information, iv, etc while there, then into procedure room within about 20 minutes and back into my room within an hour. Door-to-door, the entire process was just a few minutes more than 2 hours.**Staff was excellent--patient, informative, hard working, and treated me like an individual, not a 'procedure'. I particularly appreciated the friendly professionalism of Cindy and Tasha (the nurses) and Cindy (the anesthesiologist).***Dr. Poudyal took time to explain the process and answer my questions....read full review
