Rex is such a great guy. He came by to help us out with our portable AC unit for our little apartment. Despite the fact that the guy works on much bigger, more hefty AC jobs, he took everything seriously with our little unit, explained every step of the process to us, and advised us on how to proceed. He was kind, patient, and non-patronizing. We would absolutely recommend him!
