I have had the most excellent experience with Preferred Home Health Care Staff and Owners. I had experience with other home health care businesses that can't compare. I had two very efficient, friendly caregivers I trust implicitly. Thank you Preferred Home Health Care for being in the caring business we need you.
Chris gets my needs and is always willing to do what she can even when my needs change daily. She understands what kind of caregivers I need, who would work well for me and who wouldn’t. She comes to my home whenever a new caregiver is necessary and gives the caregiver the orientation so I don’t have to, which otherwise would take much of my energy, Chris goes the extra mile!Lori is so great at scheduling. She does her best to accommodate my ever changing schedule. I give her as much notice as possible, and she does a super job of being flexible even when my professional providers switch things up at times, or friends visit or ask me to do something with them.I... read full review
