Josh was great. Very sweet and understanding. I had two nasty backups and he somehow fixed them both in under an hour! He also guaranteed the one in the bathroom for one year! And the kitchen for 30 days. He will absolutely be my first call if I ever have problems again and highly recommend!!

It took a long time for them to schedule an appointment, but once the technician, Bryan, showed up he did a very thorough job and made sure that we understood everything he did and what we were being charged for. Additionally, he took pictures to explain his work. We were very happy with his job performance, and we will use Plumbline in the future.
