OMG! This company is the DEFINITION of nightmare! First, the floor planner makes us wait 2 weeks while she goes on vacation. Then she tells us that she will get us our quote when she returns. We wait for weeks with no response from this company only to find out she was fired and never gave the measurements to her boss. Then we have to figure out that information ourselves. The people who came to put in the floors did a mediocre job and now our LVP bounces whenever you walk through the house. Once the job is complete, months goes by before they finally ask for payment. The staff and service are great at MVF. Ashley and Amanda were incredibly helpful in helping me think through my selections. They came to my home on several occasions (a 45 minute drive!) to bring me samples and look at the rooms I was renovating. I recommend them highly.
