“I've been training with this school since 2013. After searching for a an authentic Indonesian pencak silat school since 2003, I can say that this is the real deal. Guru Daniel Prasetya is world class in his knowledge of martial arts in terms of combat, self defense, internal energy, and healing. As a school, IWMAA is top notch in having a great curriculum, energetic and innovative instruction, and still manages to pay attention to each student. Importantly, the curriculum grows with the student. As I've moved up in rank there is always much more to learn than I have already learned, which is humbling and invigorating.I recommend this school to anyone who wants to learn traditional martial arts, develop self confidence, and practical self defense.“
“The tai ji class at Kaizen IBBA is everything I was looking for. Sensei Jauch offers a gentle guidance through the movements, demonstrates their martial application, explains the philosophy behind it (Tao) and its interconnectedness with nature, relationships, and everything else in the world.I have been attending the class for a month now and it sparked my curiosity to learn more about qigong and traditional Chinese medicine. It makes me more aware of how much tension I hold throughout my body, if I sit/stand poorly, or if my breathing is relaxed or constricted. This is somewhat difficult to explain, but it also helps me understand my own nature and the benefits I can enjoy when I fully embrace it.I know learning tai ji is a long journey, but right now I am exactly where I need to be. At the beginning. :)“

Martial arts training can be challenging both for your mind and your body, this dojo helps whether those difficulties. Altin Sensei and his family are truly a wonderful group of people and are a pleasure to work with. If you are considering a martial art to try, Aikido and this dojo are a definite must.“

“Amazing place to make yourself a better person and to learn self discipline with a family to learn with! Everyone is very friendly with a amazing teacher to guide you done the right path. you can accomplish amazing things that you can carry with you for a lifetime! The Sifu (teacher) is one of the most enjoyable parts this place has to offer, he will push you to your limits if you are serious on becoming good and will work with you to make your experience even better. Once you start you will want to keep coming back, everyone is family here and everyone works together to become the best martial artist possible. I have been here for 4 years but took a break for some time though, I strongly recommend 5 Animal Fist to everyone and it won't disappoint! 5 stars!“
