Local Map lowered a window and replaced a second window to meet fire code for renting. They did a great job! I would recommend them to do this kind of job and also others.
Another note: The owners kept me updated every step along the way and also showed up onsite multiple times to oversee subcontractor handywork.

We had local maps construction screen in our basement patio. We had an idea of what we wanted but Matt and Joe were able to bring it all together better than we could have imagined. They did an excellent job and make the addition look like it was build with the original house. They do qualify work for a great value. Joe and his crew recently finished my basement in Masonville Colorado. They were professional, did quality detailed work and were able to match the cabinets and flooring from the upper level and bring it into the basement. This created a compelte and finished feel throughout my home. I can’t say enough good things about this construction team.
