Local Map Construction did an outstanding job on our basement finish project. Every little detail we wanted was accounted for. Matt and Joe were very responsive to our needs or to answer our questions.

We were very pleased with the quality of their work, their innovative ideas, love the finished job they did. They also finisjed it under budget.

I contacted Local MAP construction in July to discuss plans to finish our basement. I immediately received a phone call from Matt to set up a time to meet and discuss plans. We didn't have any clue how to design our basement. After discussing our possibilities and making a decision on our plans, we were given an estimate. Matt kept in contact with me on a weekly basis while our loan was being processed. We started our project the first week of October and the finished product was done the week of November 15, 2018. I am amazed at the work completed. The staff was polite and respectful. I am so pleased with the finished product. We are so excited, we are moving forward with a kitchen remodel. Thanks for your commitment and hard work.
