While I can't review the flooring yet because it's not installed/used at this moment I am here to review the experience I had with the store. I had emailed about flooring I found by LL in my basement. They emailed back in less than 30 minutes and gave me detailed description on how they no longer sell that exact flooring but pointed me to some good options. I then purchased for pick up online and it was very easy. In 2 days they had the flooring ready for pick up and called me right away. The store was clean and well maintained. Staff was friendly and helpful and loaded flooring into my car carefully and professionally.

The customer service was wonderful they were very interested in our search for flooring as well as our final selection they made us feel very comfortable and shared good information with us answered all our questions I would highly recommend going to them. We even got in on a great discount.

I have ordered hardwood flooring from this branch for 3 different projects now and they have been excellent to deal with.On my latest project I made a mistake and special ordered in the wrong flooring, got it back to my house before realizing my mistake. Called and talked with Matt and his customer service was second to none and got me fixed up with some different flooring.Customer service is huge for me and will always recommend this store and their employees because of the great experience I’ve had with them!
