We had a fantastic experience with Gator Kennels. They promptly answered all our questions. The packaging and organization of shipping the equipment was outstanding! Everything was clearly labeled and easy to find and place. The product themselves has been phenomenal thus far. The only "negative" (and not really a negative thing) we have two rows of kennels that are freestanding in our facility; we have had to find a way to brace them from one side because the whole row leans and it makes it difficult to shut the doors and use the locking mechanism on top. I will update the post once I finish my order. So far working with Gatorkennels has been absolutely amazing. Their customer service goes above and beyond any other kennel company I’ve talk to and I cannot wait to order from them in the next few weeks.
