I have struggled multiple times with this store and I think I'm done visiting. First time in I asked for samples and they had to order them and said they'd call when the samples were in. I waited a month and then called to check on them. They said the samples hadn't arrived and they'd call when they were in. I waited another month+ and decided to go in and see if maybe the samples were on the floor. Turns out, the gal that had ordered my samples wasn't there anymore. The new gal was very nice. Unfortunately, they just didn't have a very good selection.And then the last trip to return the samples I checked out was what prompted me to write... read full review

I bought a new home and wanted the carpet in the bedrooms replaced with the same laminate in the living room, so I worked with several account folks at Element to set this up as soon as they could get enough product, and Jose and his team did a phenomenal job installing it. No one would ever know that all this laminate didn't come original with the house, which is exactly what you want as a homeowner.
