I love that Del Sol is focused on healing and wellness first and offer real medical massage work. I really appreciated the intake process where I was able to fully explain what was going on in my body and what I thought might be most helpful. I truly felt considered as an entire person and not just another body moving through. Roynetta is so skilled at using massage as a real healing modality. She was able to ease the pain in my low back from an injury. I was so excited she offered some of my favorite sports massage techniques, too. I really look forward to working with her more.

It was a really great experience working with Catherine! I felt comfortable from the beginning and really felt heard as we discussed my health goals. The CranioSacral Massage session was a cool experience and the findings she shared with me at the end of the appointment were very thorough and honestly very encouraging! Thanks so much, Catherine!
