Creature Comforts was mine and my pups' first experience with any kind of dog boarding, so we didn't really know what to expect. As a paranoid dog mom, the thought of leaving them alone for a week was terrifying to say the least, especially since one of our dogs tends to be a bit socially awkard. He explained everything EXTREMELY thoroughly, to the point where at the end my only question was "what time do we drop them off!" This is absolutely the best place to leave your pets! The owners and staff are AMAZING! I hadn’t been away from my babes in so long and after doing a tour, meeting everyone I felt so comfortable, knew in my heart they were in good hands, I barely called to check because I barely worried. Also, it was in the most beautiful place on earth! Well there are a lot of those but this is definitely one! When I saw the color of the place I knew it was chosen from love! On our tour they even answered all my questions about plans and protocols with 100% complete realness and lack of judgments. We trust Creature Comforts with our 9yr old temperamental blue heeler mix, Nikki. Shes a rescue and has never been great at socializing with other dogs. The staff quickly got to know our sassy pup and loved her regardless of her anxious behaviors. They made her feel at home by giving her solo play time and nature walks. It’s clear the people who work there are true animal lovers and genuinely care about the dogs and cats that stay there. I can’t say enough great things about the owners, Kenneth and Nikita. We drive 40 minutes to board our dog at their facility and It’s worth every mile to know she’s in good hands while we are out of town! Thanks Creature Comforts!
