Front desk was beyond helpful. Dr Phan however, was a different story. My fitting was EXTREMELY rushed, she was irritated, presumptuous, and passive aggressive. When it comes to something related to your health, you would expect that your provider would have your best interest in mind & be patient with any questions that arise. Disappointed.

Would not recommend, the front desk and the women helping me with glasses were super nice, professional and friendly. The older Doctor on the other hand was not friendly, got frustrated when I had a little trouble with the drops for my eyes which took two seconds. He seemed rushed and I was given the impression he had better things to attend to.

This was my very first eye exam my adult life. (I have always had 20/20 up until now) that being said, I didn't know what to expect. The staff was friendly, helpful and efficient. Dr. Hamer gave me my eye exam; he was thorough and friendly. He gave me a comprehensive exam with details I found fascinating! I highly recommend this place
