Called the office, Allison answered the phone. I was able to explain my situation that my car needed to be towed from my house to a local auto shop. With my home address and auto shop address, she was able to give me a reasonably priced estimate and they had availability within the hour so that was nice as well. The tow truck driver gave me a call when he was 10mins away from my house so I was able to be ready by the time he arrived. He was very friendly and professional, had my Yukon loaded in no time and since it was only a 5-mile distance he said he would talk to the shop on where they wanted the Yukon to be parked before unloading. I was overall very pleased with Chuck's Towing, but I wish they had communicated with me that my driver was dispatched to a wreck, so I did not have to sit waiting so long at my car. When the driver got to me, he was very professional and did a great job. He even texted me when he delivered my car to its destination. I appreciated it.Would I use this service again? Yes
