“It was 4pm on a Monday when a leak sprung in my RV. This whole area in my wet bay was getting soaked and I couldn’t even determine where the leak was coming from. I called RV Doctor and they had someone out here in minutes and he fixed it in literally seconds. He popped this panel open and found the leaking pipe and tightened it up. “Anything else I can help you with?” lol. I said yeah actually there’s also this handle that recently broke off one mechanism to dump my grey water. He was able to pull the mechanism out and told me what part I needed and told me to save money if I pick it up myself then he didn’t have to charge me for an extra trip. He showed me how to screw it on, super easy. I went over and picked up the part which they had waiting for me. And they only charged me for half an hour even though their policy is a minimum of 1hr. And the part I needed they didn’t even charge me full price. They were so incredibly helpful, fast, kind, and were constantly looking for ways to save me money. Wow I can’t recommend them enough!“
