Great Communicator! Johnny was totally professional and timely. He communicated extremely well on the quote, timing of the job, materials, you name it. He came by to talk prior to starting and ensure he knew any of our concerns and things to be careful of. On the day of, his crew was timely, fast and thorough. All new vents to color match and the ones that stayed for larger appliances they painted to match. A one day job and amazing look. Johnny secured the permits and the inspector so the only person we dealt with was him. Belmarez Roofing did a FANTASTIC job on our roof that was severely damaged by hail earlier this year. We have used Belmarez Roofing several times in the past. The owner Johnny, is very respectful, helpful and always available to address our questions and concern even when the job is complete. Johnny's workers are professional, they work quickly and effectively to complete the job at hand. They are hard workers who take pride in respecting the owners property and are very respectful. We highly recommend Belmarez Roofing to anyone who needs a new roof.
