Barb was AMAZING.I had been getting stress headaches from tension in my neck and shoulders. Once I booked with her I was already feeling more relaxed. She focused on a lot of spots on the back of my neck that hold tension and really dig into my shoulders. Perfect amount of pressure without causing pain. I was stumbly walking out because I felt like a noodle, everything was less tense and I was feeling amazing. I'll be back the minute I feel the tension creeping back in.
