Update: Had a couple of plumbing issues which were handled quickly and professionally by Cody. I have had really good experiences with the HVAC team and Plumbing. I trust them and highly recommend!
The Balance Point team was a pleasure to work with. Good preliminary meeting with Nick, good office communication with Karen, & smooth installation days thanks to the skills & respectful care of Steele & Kyle.
We had two units and a house fan added to our home with no AC about last month that have been great so far. Nick was our PM and helped decide best placement for our current and future needs. Steele led install and both were great to work with. Everything went on schedule and install looks neat along the house. With the weather we're having we are so glad we installed these when we did and definitely would add more with Balance Point in the future!
