Got me in right away when I was having an issue and then my mom and my daughter were also seen the same week. Now we are all caught up on our appts. Everyone was professional and friendly
Dr. Mitchell Munson and his staff are thorough and kind in administering tests for my eye exam. Dr. Munson is the best kept secret in Loveland. He was the national president for optometrist. He knows his stuff. To top it off he is the nicest guy around. We have been going to him for 30 years.
I had an appointment scheduled for an eye exam at another place that got cancelled by them on the day of the appointment (during a snowstorm). I had already waited 2 weeks for the eye exam appointment, so this put me back a month just to get to the exam, to say nothing of waiting for the frames/lenses to be shipped. I called Family Eyecare on a Friday morning, had the exam that same day and received my new glasses just a week and 3 days later, to my surprise and delight. Everyone I interacted with was lovely and so very helpful. I love this place!!!
