My realtor was Roberto Ortiz. A friend told me before we began the process of buying a home that a realtor is a realtor is a realtor. Roberto proved that a realtor can be much more than that. Roberto got us a great deal, and was able to convince the sellers to pay for new carpet. If that wasn't enough, he did several repairs on our new home out of his own pocket. I would recommend Roberto to anyone. A realtor is not just a realtor. Thanks again Roberto!
