I came into Aligned and Well with reoccurring sporting injuries, specifically Headaches and Lower back pain from the plenty years of contact through Lacrosse. Attending my appointments has proven to be beneficial to my overall health along with decreasing intensity and occurrence of my Headaches from concussions. The staff is extremely friendly and supportive in this process allowing me to receive treatment that I have needed in a long time. Overall, I have enjoyed my experience and has provided me with relief in more ways than just my spine.

I have been seeing Dr. Flemming for a long time, and he is fantastic! I am currently 6 months pregnant with a 2 year old, and with his adjustments, my hips and back feel so much better. I also clean houses, and my shoulder can get really sore. Dr. Flemming will adjust my shoulders, and the next day, they don't hurt at all!
